A number of Hotlink users are experiencing problems accessing the application



A large number of Hotlink users are now seen to be facing problems accessing the Hotlink RED application, making matters such as top-ups, buying internet passes, redeeming vouchers, etc. difficult. Hotlink confirmed this problem, and did not specify any cause behind it.



As an alternative for a while, Hotlink asks users to dial *100# to check credit and buy a mobile internet pass.
