In just one week the number of Bluesky users increased by 33.3% and now it has 20 million users. Previously as we reported they registered 15 million users just a week ago. The increase in the number of users is closely related to the migration of X users who left Elon Musk's platform which was seen as problematic.
Bluesky's popularity can be seen on the Play Store and App Store charts with it being at the top of the list for free apps with the highest number of downloads. The migration to Bluesky although good for the platform created problems for the operator with the service being interrupted several times due to high traffic.
In addition to the public, several famous celebrities, brands and sports clubs also announced that they are migrating to Bluesky and will no longer use X.
