CIMB has previously announced the transition of the application from CIMB Clicks to CIMB OCTO – and in parallel, a number of functions will be phased out in an effort to move users to the new, more modern application.
Through the latest phase, CIMB announced that starting December 2024, users of the CIMB Clicks application will no longer be able to transfer funds, including for own account transfers, DuitNow transfers and even IBG. In addition, from December as well, loan and credit card payment functions as well as JomPay will no longer be supported on the CIMB Clicks application.
For users who want to continue using this feature, you need to switch to the CIMB OCTO application starting this December 2024.
