This year, many changes to the Google Play Store have been made. Among them are updating installed applications by sideloading, download manager, downloading many applications at once and many more. Coming soon, it will offer a feature to resume aborted downloads.
Smart Resume can continue downloading again if the user accidentally presses the cancel button directly from the notification tray. This is possible because every time an application is downloaded from the Play Store, the file is temporarily stored in the device. This feature is said to save files for 24 hours before they are deleted and after that users can no longer continue downloading.
This feature also supports applications up to 2GB in size but requires 5GB of free space in the device. Smart In theory, Smart Resume should also be useful if the download process is interrupted due to a disconnection from the Internet. At the moment it is still not sure when this feature will be given to all users and I hope in the near future because it is a useful feature.
