Microsoft is actively integrating their generative artificial intelligence technology into almost all popular digital products that people use. This AI integration will also involve Xbox where features such as AI tools to help users and chatbots will be introduced. Recently, a chatbot dedicated to Xbox customer support has started testing.
Xbox Support Virtual Agent is an AI chatbot with a cute character or Xbox logo ball as the main character. It is designed to help Xbox users solve problems related to the console or issues regarding the games they are playing. For now it is limited to Xbox Insider users in the United States only. In the future, more AI integration will be done on the Xbox ecosystem including generating game assets or AI NPCs.
