The Nubia Z70 Ultra is a new addition to ZTE's lineup of devices. It brings flagship-class specifications in a design that can usually be found in previous generations. It also replaces last year's Z60 Ultra with several major upgrades including a powerful latest processor.
The Nubia Z70 Ultra uses a 6.85-inch BOE AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2000nits peak brightness. This is matched with an all-new under-screen selfie camera in addition to an optical fingerprint scanning system. It is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with memory options of up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. In addition, it runs Nebula AIOS based on Android 15 which brings various AI features built-in.
Moving on to the camera system, the Nubia Z70 Ultra uses a 50MP sensor with 35mm optics and an IMX906 sensor. It is also equipped with a variable aperture between f/1.59 and f/4.0. with OIS. In addition, the Nubia Z70 Ultra also comes with a 64MP (70mm) periscope sensor with 2.7X optical zoom and a 50MP (13mm) ultra-wide with autofocus. There is also a new camera button that can be pressed halfway to focus and pressed fully to take a picture.
It is also equipped with a 6,150mAh silicon-carbon battery with 80W fast charging. In addition, it offers an IP69 waterproof rating and two-way satellite communication capabilities. The retail price starts at CNY 4,599 (~RM 2,833) (12/256GB) one with a Starry Night Blue color option. ZTE has also confirmed the global launch of this phone on November 26.
