Mac Mini, the latest compact computer released by Apple recently was shown to come with a new internal design where the SSD storage can be removed and changed by the user. However, the issue with the latest Mac Mini is that users can't just randomly replace the SSD with their own storage.
This is where an accessory maker company Polysoft Services says that they are planning to develop SSD storage specifically for this Mac Mini computer. Studio Drive is a company known for introducing SSD storage for another Apple computer, the Mac Studio.
According to Polysoft Services, the storage used in the Mac Mini is only different in terms of physical size, but in terms of electronic components, there is not much that differentiates these two storages. For now, the company plans to release as much SSD storage as possible for the Mac Studio, but has already begun the process of developing SSD storage for the Mac Mini.
Similar to Studio Drive storage for Mac Studio, PolySoft Services is expected to introduce a Kickstarter campaign for Mac Mini storage soon, but for now it is unknown.
