Realme GT7 Pro finally launched in Malaysia today two weeks after launching in China. It is now officially the first smartphone in Malaysia equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip that offers high gaming performance and better battery performance than the previous generation.
Realme GT7 Pro is equipped with a 6.78″ LTPO Eco OLED Plus 120Hz screen with a resolution of 6,500 nits. There is Dolby Vision support as well as HDR10+. This is matched with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM memory, 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage and a 6500 mAh battery that supports 120W charging.
The main camera consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens (Sony IMX906, OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide and a 50MP telephoto (IMX882) that supports 3X optical zoom or 120X digital. Meanwhile, the selfie camera is 16MP.
In addition to also running Realme UI 6.0 software based on Android 15 with an emphasis on system performance and enhanced AI-based features. It includes an AI Zoom Ultra Clarity function that can improve clarity in telephoto shots. There is also an under-screen fingerprint scanner and also it passes the IP69 waterproof standard.
The selling price in Malaysia is RM 3699 with the option of 12GB RAM and 512GB storage only in Mars Orange and Galaxy Gray colors. In conjunction with its launch today, Realme is offering Realme Buds Air 5 and an additional warranty offered free with every purchase.
