The Sarawak State Government has already presented the Sarawak State Budget 2025 this week, while also sharing that it will establish a State Artificial Intelligence Center next year, 2025. The center is expected to be one of the strategic steps in positioning the state of Sarawak as a leader in the arena of technology-based innovation.
The Sarawak Artificial Intelligence Center will focus on the advancement of AI technology in several sectors, including health, agriculture, education and manufacturing. The center is also expected to promote collaboration between the public and private sectors.
In addition to the Sarawak Artificial Intelligence Center, the state government is also planning to make high investments in the digital arena and connectivity, as well as ensuring that the state does not lag behind in the digital economy arena.
