Catcha Digital today announced that they have acquired a 70% stake in Tastefully Malaysia, allowing Catcha Digital to expand their offering to include the exhibition or exposition arena, especially food.
Catcha Digital acquired the stake for RM7.6 million, which will be paid in 4 installments over 36 months. Tastefully has previously held over 100 expos nationwide, bringing in over 1.2 million annual visitors.
Catcha Digital aims to enable them to offer not only online digital advertising, but also allow advertisers to advertise at events and off-site in the digital arena.
