Google Launches AI Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking That Thinks on Its Own to Solve Problems

After two years of artificial intelligence (AI) being launched to the public, many people are using it to make their daily work easier. AI is a tool that can shorten the time it takes to research complex topics. But many readers must be aware that AI often provides incorrect information and is not smart enough to think on its own.

Today, Google DeepMind launched the Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking Experimental AI model, which is the first created with the ability to reason and think. According to Google, unlike other AI models, Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking can check the answers it gives itself. This ability to reason on its own can avoid the issue of incorrect information being given as answers.

It can also solve puzzles after being given clues in the form of text and images. Before the answer is given, the solution steps and how it thinks will be displayed by Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking so that users can see it for themselves.

This model can already be used in Google AI Studio but it has several shortcomings such as response times reaching several minutes, limited to text and image inputs only, a limit of 32K input tokens and a limit of 8K output tokens only.
