Honor Magic7 RSR Porsche Design Launched With Premium Design

Honor Magic7 RSR Porsche Design was officially announced in China yesterday. This new model appears premium in the Magic device range in collaboration with the leading car brand, Porsche. Thus continuing the artistic legacy that Honor started since the previous generation, the Magic6.

Quite significant physical changes are the main focus through several interesting aspects that can be clearly witnessed, including a large camera bump with a sensor arrangement in a 2 x 2 grid and a repositioned flash. Once again, the 200MP periscope telephoto camera is given like the Magic7 Pro with OIS, 3X optical zoom and up to 100X digital zoom. In addition, it has a screen that is 10 times more durable through new technology.

Basically, no internal hardware changes are made directly, meaning the device still offers the same performance as the existing pro version. Dominating the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In addition, it has a 6.78-inch OLED LTPO FHD+ curved screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1600nits peak brightness. The main camera system consists of 50MP wide, 50MP ultra-wide + macro, 200MP periscope telephoto with a 50MP + 3D Depth front camera.

The battery is 5850mAh which can be charged via 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. In addition, it supports an in-screen fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers (DTS:X Ultra), infrared, IP68/IP69 waterproofing and MagicUI 9.0 based on Android 15. The official selling price starts at CNY7,999 (~RM24,941) for 16/512GB and CNY8,999 (~RM28,065) for 24GB/1TB.
