The Road Transport Department (JPJ) through a recent statement announced that service disruptions will occur on 6 to 8 December 2024. It involves the official portal and the MySikap system, causing a large number of services to be inaccessible between 6 pm and 6 am on the date in question. Among the services that will be affected are listed below;
State JPJ Counters, Branches & UTC;
JPJ Mobile;
Public Portal & Partner Portal;
Integration with Agencies & Partners;
MyJPJ Application;
JPJeBid;
JPJ Kiosk; and
Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) – eWallet Payment
It was also informed that the disruption was due to system maintenance by the JPJ. At the same time, they apologized for the inconvenience caused and appreciated the cooperation of many parties in the issue. Any business related to JPJ is recommended to be done before or after the system maintenance work.
