SellCell regularly conducts surveys among Android and iOS users, asking about the name of the iPhone 13, whether Android users will migrate to iOS if they use USB-C, and more. Their latest survey found something interesting about Apple users regarding Apple Intelligence.
73% of iPhone users were found to be dissatisfied with Apple Intelligence's offerings on iOS. They stated that the features offered were not very useful and they could not see significant value in them. This is similar to 87% of Samsung users who had the same opinion about Galaxy AI.
In addition, SellCell also found that 72% of iPhone users liked the Writing Tools feature, 54% liked the Notification Summary feature, 44.5% liked the Most Important Messages feature, 29.1% received the Clean Up feature in Photos and only 20.9% liked the Smart Reply feature in Mail and iMessage. It should be noted that this survey is based on users in the United States and before the launch of iOS 18.2.
Some say that if Genmoji and ChatGPT's offerings were introduced widely, many would use them. However, in our trials that are still using beta and developer versions to this day, the use of Apple Intelligence is still not perfect even though the concept seems interesting. What do you think?
