Last July, Meizu returned to the Malaysian market. Their first flagship device launched in March was the Meizu 21 Pro with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It was Meizu's first AI device series. After announcing more devices to be launched in Malaysia and remaining quiet for several months, Meizu is now back in action.
Meizu products in Malaysia are distributed by SWAP Asia. Through them, four new devices have been launched, namely the Meizu 21, Meizu Mblu 21, Meizu Note 21 Pro, and Meizu Note 21. The Meizu 21 is their basic flagship device with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It is equipped with a 6.55″ 120Hz HDR10+ AMOLED screen, a 200MP tri-camera and a selling price starting at RM1,999 up to RM2,299.
The Mblu 21 is their entry-level device with the Unisoc T606 chip. It is priced at RM399 with a 6.79″ 60Hz HD screen, 13MP camera, and Smart Engine battery system for long-lasting durability. Another device with the same chip is the Note 21. However, it uses a 6.74″ 60Hz HD+ screen, a 6000mAh battery with 18W charging, a better camera of 50MP and a selling price of only RM549.
Their mid-range device is the Note 21 Pro with the Helio G99 chip. It uses a 6.78″ 120Hz FHD+ screen, a 64MP camera and a 5000mAh battery that supports 30W charging. This device is priced at only RM699.
All Meizu devices distributed by SWAP Asia are covered by Meizu’s 1-year warranty plus an additional 1 year by Swap Protect. All four Meizu devices are officially sold at 14 DirectD branches and any additional stores or distributors will be listed on SWAP’s official website.
