Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ AIO Computer Production Discontinued

Apart from the Windows operating system, Microsoft is also known for its hardware and computer devices in the Surface series. They also develop AIO desktop computers under the name Surface Studio, and their latest model is called Microsoft Surface Studio 2+.

It features a 28-inch PixelSense touchscreen display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and is powered by a powerful 11th generation Intel processor, and also an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card for good creative productivity.

Another uniqueness comes through the Zero Gravity hinge that allows the Surface Studio screen display to be upright or laid down according to the user's needs.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has recently confirmed that the production of the Microsoft Surface 2+ has been discontinued, and the company said that no replacement will be introduced in the near future.

This may be because Microsoft shows that the computer is not as popular as other products they offer such as the Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Laptop, which are still widely purchased even though they also come with a premium price tag.

Microsoft's focus now also seems to be more on the AI CoPilot+ technology they introduced, and it seems easier to introduce on laptops than desktops.
