Nothing OS 3.0 based on Android 15 is the operating system for the new generation of Nothing smartphones focused on AI. It offers a smart app tray, news reader widget, Nothing Gallery app with AI search features, a new, cleaner interface and also the use of San Serif font compared to NDot. Beta testing is still ongoing and now another device has started receiving it.
After the CMF Phone 1, their cheapest Nothing device, received this update a few days ago, now it's the turn of Nothing (2a) Plus. This beta version also offers better performance, improved camera quality, more customization capabilities and even interactive widgets.
Nothing is expected to take about one to two months to test it. The stable version will be given to Nothing Phone (2) and Phone (2a) first in early 2025. Then the new version of Nothing OS with deep AI integration will arrive for Phone (30).
