Little by little, more and more Android devices other than Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel are starting to receive Circle to Search support. Circle to Search is an AI search feature that uses more advanced Google Lens-like technology. Most recently, it's the turn of Nothing Phone to receive this support.
With Nothing Phone (2) and Phone (2a) having recently received the Nothing OS 3.0 update based on Android 15. The Google app on the device has also been updated. In this update, both devices received the Circle to Search feature. To use it, press the gesture bar at the bottom of the screen for a moment until the animation appears on the entire screen.
Circle to Search also supports song search via Song Search and on some devices, it also has a plug-in tray button offering additional features and functions. For Phone (2a) Plus users, this feature can also be used via Nothing OS 3.0 beta.
