OnePlus 13 will enter the global market with a launch scheduled for January 7, 2025. This was confirmed by OnePlus through the latest tweet uploaded in X since yesterday. In addition, we can also expect an appearance for the Malaysian market when the device was found to have passed SIRIM certification since last October.
For the record, this new flagship smartphone was launched in China first. It is equipped with a 6.82″ AMOLED 2K screen, 120Hz LTPO refresh rate, screen brightness up to 4500 nits and Dolby Vision support. In addition, it is matched with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM, up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage and a 6000 mAh battery.
This battery supports 100W wired fast charging, and 50W wirelessly. At the same time, there is a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide angle and a 50MP LYT600 periscope lens with a Hasselblad system. The selfie camera is a 32MP Sony IMX615. The body of the device also passes the IP69 standard and there is a slide-out button on the left side to mute notifications on the device.
It is still not certain whether the global variant will be equipped with the same specifications or the opposite. All questions will only be answered at the official launch, including regarding the selling price.
