This was followed by Instagram which was listed as the second largest outage in the Asia-Pacific region this year with a total of 317 thousand reports received.
The third largest outage occurred around June when more than 168 thousand Microsoft 365 users in the Asia Pacific region reported service disruptions on the service. Completing the top five of the platforms that experienced the biggest disruptions in the region are Snapchat and Telegram which were reported to have occurred in April and August 2024.
