ASUS and NVIDIA are set to make a number of big announcements at the upcoming CES 2025 event. NVIDIA is expected to unveil its latest GeForce RTX 5000 series graphics cards, while ASUS is expected to unveil a slew of new gaming peripherals and accessories at the event.
However, a number of ASUS ROG laptop offerings have recently been leaked online, and they feature a combination of the Intel Core Ultra 200HX processor that will be introduced at the event and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series graphics cards, including the GeForce RTX 5090, GeForce RTX 5080, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti.
The leaked laptops include the ASUS ROG Strix G835 which comes with the most powerful specifications, including the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, 64GB of DDR5 memory and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. It is also said to come with an 18-inch screen display with a brightness value of up to 1200 nits.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G605 is also seen to come with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor chip with 64GB of LPDDR5X memory. It also houses a 16-inch OLED screen display with a resolution of 2048×1536, with graphics card options including the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti.

These details were leaked on X/Twitter by user Huang514613 who leaked most of the specifications of these laptops, including several other models such as the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 18 and ASUS ROG Strix G16 as well.
What is interesting about this latest leak is that NVIDIA is not expected to introduce graphics cards for their laptops at CES 2025. As for ASUS, they are expected to show these laptops earlier, but usually their laptop sales only start around the middle of the year, around the Computex Taipei event which usually takes place in late May or early June.
These laptops have also been reported to be leaked via an online store in Russia. Although ASUS has scaled back its operations in the country due to various economic and technological restrictions, it appears that it is still selling consumer products in the country, and reports say that these laptops are expected to go on sale around spring 2025.
