WhatsApp for iOS Now Has Built-in Filter and Background Options for the Camera

WhatApp is offering a new update for iOS users that can make the photo and video sharing experience more interactive. Through it, users can personalize the background, bokeh effects and application features with various filters provided.

This option can be accessed through the camera application and click on the new icon next to the shutter button. Then the user will be presented with various built-in filters and backgrounds, some of which have animated effects and can change facial expressions for a more enjoyable experience. In addition to being given the option for Low Light Mode for better lighting effects, Touch Up Mode which makes the appearance stand out and Flash Mode can also be used for use in low lighting situations.

Our trial found that this option is not limited to sharing photos and videos only but can also be used for video calls that can adapt the experience to the current situation. This feature has started to be available to some users through the latest update and may be rolled out to more users in the coming weeks.
