Two days ago, Instagram introduced a feature to schedule messages in Direct Messages. Today, Threads, a competitor of X that uses Instagram accounts, announced a feature to schedule content sharing.
To use it, users just need to press the three-dot menu and select Schedule. Then users can directly select the date and time when the content will be shared with followers. Each scheduled share will be saved in a draft with the ability for users to edit or cancel the share.
This feature is quite interesting because Threads account owners can determine the best time to get achievements and interesting interactions with other users on their shares. However, for now this feature is limited to selected users and it will arrive to all users in stages.
