The ASUS TUF Gaming series of computers is usually seen as a series of affordable gaming laptops, especially when compared to the offerings shown in the ASUS ROG series.
Now, the TUF Gaming series will receive another new model under the brand through the ASUS TUF Gaming A18, which comes with an 18-inch screen display. It uses an IPS screen display with a resolution of 2560×1600 and a refresh rate of 240Hz.
It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 260 processor chip and has an option for graphics cards up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070. For memory and storage offerings, this laptop also comes with a choice of LPDDR5X memory up to 32GB and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage up to 2TB.
In terms of port offerings, this laptop offers one USB4 port, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 port, one HDMI 2.1 port, one RJ-45 LAN port and one 3.5mm audio port.
For cooling, this laptop, as well as other TUF laptops updated for this year, feature a second-generation Arc Flow fan that promises a comfortable gaming experience by cooling the built-in components more aggressively, but with quieter noise.
ASUS is expected to make further announcements regarding the launch of the ASUS TUF Gaming A18 laptop soon.
