Bank Rakyat Introduces Balqis – A Digital Persona Powered by Artificial Intelligence



With various virtual charms that have begun to be used in the social media arena, Bank Rakyat is now also taking steps to introduce their own digital charm, named Balqis.


Through the Bank Rakyat partnership, they say Balqis will focus on helping users, including sharing smart financial guides, sharing the latest technology trends, inspiring lifestyles, as well as providing banking information through a more friendly approach.


In parallel, Bank Rakyat introduced a special profile page for Balqis on social media, and actively shared various information through it. For now, the sharing is more focused on pictures, in addition to sharing in the form of video production.
