China is now limiting children in the country to only 15 hours of video games during a month of school holidays. This step was taken by China to prevent children from becoming addicted to the world of video games.
In parallel with this step, Tencent and NetEase in China have begun implementing a limit for those under 18 years of age, to play a maximum of only 15 hours during a month of holidays starting from January 13, 2025 to February 13, 2025.
For your information, China is ready to limit children to only playing video games for an hour on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays since August 2021 to prevent them from becoming addicted.
