Garmin Instinct 3 Available in Malaysia Starting at RM1,999



Garmin Malaysia kicks off 2025 by updating its product line with the Instinct 3 model. It comes in the option of an upgraded AMOLED display, or a lower-resolution solar model equipped with a monochrome MIP display. It also has a fiber-reinforced polymer bezel that promises better durability, and is protected by a reinforced polymer frame measuring up to 50mm.


Garmin has also included an LED flashlight on the Instinct 3, making it better than the Instinct 2X which only had a flashlight. In addition to passing MIL-STD 810G standards and being waterproof up to 100 meters, although there is no specific rating for scuba diving and deep sea activities.


Supported health monitoring features include heart rate, sleep patterns, heart rate variability (HRV), pressure tracking, blood oxygen and more. There is also a High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout capability, perfect for those with a busy schedule, as it can be done in a short period of time.


The AMOLED option promises a long battery life of up to 28 days on a single charge. Meanwhile, the Instinct 3 Solar is specifically designed for unlimited battery life through all-day use with at least 3 hours a day outdoors. The retail price starts at RM1,999 for the Instinct 3 AMOLED and RM2,239 for the Instinct 3 Solar. It will be available starting February 25, 2025 through authorized Garmin distributors throughout Malaysia.
