MADANI Touch Kiosk Simplifies People's Affairs Related to Government and Private Services

MADANI Touch Kiosk was officially launched at the Alamanda shopping mall today. It is a new initiative to facilitate people's access to government services. In addition, it is implemented in collaboration with the Prime Minister's Department, the MADANI Monitoring Unit and various government and private agencies.

The main purpose of introducing the MADANI Touch Kiosk is to gather various services in one strategic location. Then make it easier for the public to access services more efficiently, especially outside office hours. More than 90 types of services are provided through several agency kiosks including Road Transport (JPJ), MyDigital ID (MIMOS), Retirement Savings Fund (KWSP), Pos Malaysia, Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

In the meantime, it is hoped that more corporate companies will come forward to help make this initiative a success. The second kiosk will be installed at KL Sentral Station, Kuala Lumpur around the end of February.
