Malaysia Airlines Offers Mercedes-Benz Cars for Suit and Business Class Passengers

In an important step to optimize the customer experience, Malaysia Airlines (MAS) today signed a strategic partnership with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia aimed at offering the best customer experience. This is also in line with customer needs that are also changing in this digital era. In addition, it improves the quality of service innovatively and allows customers to enjoy a smoother service delivery.


Through this, the Mercedes-Benz EQS500 4Matic CKD and Mercedes-Benz S-Class S580 E are now used as luxury intermediary vehicles for personal terminal transfer services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This means that certain Malaysia Airlines passengers will enjoy the exclusive experience of riding in the luxury sedan vehicle to go to the terminal at KLIA 1.


Both models also not only offer a modern and sporty exterior design, but also a flexible interior with the best safety and technology features. This is part of MAS’ efforts to provide premium services and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of their passengers.


The 24-hour service is also exclusively available to passengers in Business Suite or Business Class who are also Enrich Platinum members. It can be accessed from Gate G1 (Main Terminal Building) to Gate C1 (Satellite Building). Upon arrival, they need to proceed to the ‘First and Business Class’ entrance near Gate C (Satellite Building) for transfer to the Main Terminal Building.


What’s more interesting about this collaboration are other exclusive offers, including #MyMercedesRewards specially provided on selected Mercedes-Benz models and access to exclusive Mercedes-Benz Malaysia events that provide a luxurious experience. In addition, from 1 March 2025, any customer who purchases a Mercedes-Benz car will also enjoy year-round access to Malaysia Airlines’ Personal Terminal Transfer Service.


This effort by Malaysia Airlines and Mercedes-Benz is indeed very proactive in strengthening consumer protection and improving operational efficiency and service quality. By providing such luxury vehicles, MAS business class passengers not only enjoy comfort but also feel a high commitment from both parties in providing the best experience.
