MediaTek is rumored to be coming with a new update for its latest flagship chip, the Dimensity 9400. No official name has been revealed yet, but what is known is that the chip is claimed to use the next-generation Cortex-X925 CPU that works at speeds of up to 3.7 GHz.
In comparison, the Cortex-X925 CPU on the previous Dimensity 9400 chip works at 3.62GHz. This indicates that the new chip will only offer a minimal performance boost. In addition, Oppo and Vivo are expected to be the first two manufacturers to use it in their upcoming devices. MediaTek is also expected to announce the new chip around March.
