Microsoft Will Combine Xbox and Windows For A Better Mobile Console Experience

The era of mobile gaming consoles was started by Valve with the Steam Deck almost three years ago. This console with SteamOS attracted the attention of people who craved PC games on a device that could be taken anywhere. Then competitors like Lenovo Legion Go, ASUS ROG Ally X and MSI Claw were launched as competitors but with the Windows 11 operating system.

But the experience of using Windows 11 on these consoles was not satisfactory because the operating system was not designed to use it. Therefore, Jason Ronald as the Vice President of Next Generation for Microsoft shared the company's plan to combine the experience of using Xbox and Windows to produce the best mobile console operating system on the market.

This system is not for the Xbox mobile console but rather for use on the current Windows mobile gaming console. The Xbox mobile console is still in the early stages of development at the moment. Microsoft's experience developing Xbox over the past 20 years will be used to produce a Windows operating system that is easier to control using game controllers.

It is not sure if what Microsoft means by this is a new operating system, an Xbox launcher for Windows or a video game app store that already exists but has not been launched yet.
