In the middle of last year, ZOTAC, a PC component maker, introduced their first mobile PC console called the ZOTAC Gaming Zone, which has now started selling in the local market.
Recently, ZOTAC seems to be introducing another mobile console, this time it is powered by a new AMD Ryzen AI 300 processor chip, but it is not yet known whether it is the Strix Halo or Strix Point chip.
Apart from using this new processor chip, this console will also come with improvements in terms of the amount of memory and storage that will be offered. It is also said that the new Zotac Gaming Zone chassis design will come in white.
The ZOTAC Gaming Zone currently sold in the market is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 8840U chip along with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and a PCIe Gen4 M.2 2280 SSD storage with 512GB of storage. It comes with a 7.0-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with Full HD resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 800nit brightness along with 170-degree viewing angles.
ZOTAC is expected to showcase their new console at the upcoming CES 2025 event.
