Queuing System (QMS) Now Used at Putrajaya Immigration Headquarters

The Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM) announced that the Queuing System (QMS) has been used at the Security and Passport Division, Putrajaya Immigration Headquarters starting today (6 January 2025). The implementation aims to provide convenience for users to obtain queue numbers online. This is in line with the presentation of the 2025 Budget which is determined to eliminate problems involving dealing with government counters with all UTCs being equipped with the QMS system.

Usage is also easy by simply downloading the application on the App Store and Google Play Store. Then select the immigration office, as well as the relevant branch to immediately obtain a queue number early in the morning before visiting the Immigration Department counter. This not only avoids congestion but also helps save time. The QMS system can also ensure an orderly and smooth service experience while facilitating more efficient management.
