Razer used the CES 2025 stage to show off another of their concepts. With artificial intelligence (AI) being the hottest trend right now, Project AVA was announced as one that can provide assistance during video game sessions in real time.
Project AVA aims to be an assistant that provides the best recommendations for what players should do next based on analysis of previous game sessions. In the video above, AVA provides recommendations for giving instructions to teammates in FPS games and tells the best tactics to defeat enemies in Black Myth: Wukong.
AI AVA was trained using game data from Team Razer esports athletes. Assistance can be provided in the form of audio, text conversations and overlays on top of the game being played. At this point Project AVA is still a concept but Razer plans to offer it in the form of Beta software in the future.
