RedmiBook 14 and 16-inch Laptops Powered by Intel Arrow Lake-H Processor Chips Revealed

Xiaomi may be better known for their smart devices, but the Chinese technology company has also shown off some pretty interesting productivity-class laptop offerings.

Recently, they have updated their RedmiBook 14 and RedmiBook 16 laptop series offerings powered by the Intel Core 5 220H processor chip model that comes with 12 physical cores and 16 power threads and comes with speeds of up to 4.9GHz. The memory and storage offerings of both laptops start from 16GB of LPDDR5X memory with 512GB of PCIe4 SSD storage.

In terms of display, the RedmiBook 14 reportedly comes with a 14-inch IPS display with a 2.8K resolution, while the RedmiBook 16 comes with a 16-inch IPS display with a 2.5K resolution. Both displays also have a 120Hz refresh rate.

Both laptops also use a 72Wh battery that promises a full charge life of around 19 hours according to Xiaomi. Because of this, both laptops will use Intel Iris Xe graphics processing chips only, and will not offer any models with more powerful graphics cards.

Both laptops have already started selling in the Chinese market, with the RedmiBook 16 model selling for CNY 4799 for the 16GB/512GB model up to CNY 5399 for the 32GB/1TB model. The RedmiBook 14 is seen priced at CNY 200 cheaper than the 16-inch model. It is currently unknown if Xiaomi will sell this laptop outside the Chinese market.
