Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, S25+ and S25 Design and Specifications Leaked



The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, S25+ and S25 will be launched in the early morning of January 23. With the launch approaching, once again the design and specifications of the device have been leaked early this time via the Android Headlines site.


The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra above brings several small changes compared to last year's S24 Ultra. All sides and the screen of the device now have a flat design. On last year's S24 Ultra, the left and right sides still have rounded frames. The camera bump also resembles the Z Fold6 more. The biggest change is that the device's screen now has rounded corners.


It is equipped with a 6.9″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X WQHD+ 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, 12GB RAM, up to 1TB storage, and a 5000 mAh battery with 45W charging. The main camera on the back consists of a 200MP wide-angle lens, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 10MP 3X telephoto lens. Meanwhile, on the front, a 12MP sensor is used for the selfie camera.


The Samsung Galaxy S25+ also comes with a 6.7″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X WQHD+ 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, 12GB of RAM, up to 512TB of storage, and a 4900 mAh battery with 45W charging. The main camera on the back consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. Meanwhile, on the front, a 12MP sensor is also used for the selfie camera. Like the 25 Ultra, the S25+ also uses a completely flat design.


The Samsung Galaxy S25 also comes with a 6.2″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X WQHD+ 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, 12GB RAM, up to 512TB storage, and a 4000 mAh battery with 25W charging. The main camera on the back also comes with a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. Meanwhile, on the front, a 12MP sensor is also used for the selfie camera. It is the same as the S24+, only smaller in size.


All three devices use the One UI 7 operating system based on Android 15 with several new Galaxy AI features to be introduced. More detailed information about the device will be known on the launch day.
