Some Maybank Services Temporarily Unavailable on 8 & 15 February 2025



Maybank has announced scheduled system service disruptions on 8 and 15 February 2025. There are several key services and platforms that will inevitably be inaccessible starting from 3.00 am to 7.00 am on these dates.


These include services such as DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, DuitNow Overseas Transfer, JomPay, Instant Transfer, MEPS Cash Withdrawal, Interbank GIRO (IBG), FPX, Direct Debit and QRPay. Meanwhile, the affected platforms include Maybank2u Web, MAE App, Maybank2u Biz (Web & App), as well as ATM & SRM (previously known as CDM).
