ASUS Vivobook 14/16 Flip Now a Copilot+ PC With Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 – Starting at RM5,999



Starting late last year, Microsoft has extended Copilot+ support to Windows devices with Intel and AMD chips after being temporarily limited to devices with Snapdragon X chips only.


Today at the ASUS product launch event introduced at CES 2025 for the Malaysian market, most of them are Copilot+ PCs. Including the new generation Vivobook 14/16 Flip.


For the Malaysian market, as far as what is shown is the model powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 chip paired with 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB SSD 4.0 internal storage. The laptop offers a 60Hz OLED screen with FHD resolution on the 14-inch model, while the 16-inch model uses a 120Hz ASUS Lumina OLED panel with a resolution of 2880 x 1800.


Both laptops also have stylus support and a 1080p webcam with IR for Windows Hello. As the name suggests, the laptop screen is with a flexible hinge for different modes such as tablet, tent mode and more.


Both laptops offer 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 connection ports, 1x Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 with DisplayPort and Power Delivery, 1x Thunderbolt 4, 1x HDMI 2.1 port, 1x 3.5mm audio jack, and an SD card reader. The ASUS Vivobook 14/16 Flip also supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. As for the battery, it has a capacity of 70Whr on the 14-inch and 75Whr on the 16-inch with 65W charging support.


In Malaysia, this laptop will be sold at a starting price of RM5,999 with free gifts such as a 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft Office Home & Student, a 1-year subscription to McAfee and a free backpack. It will be sold starting in March.
