Google Pixel 9a Leaked Again – Almost Completely Flat

Google I/O 2025 will take place in May this year as usual every year. However, the launch of the Pixel A may happen earlier than usual, in March. Recently, real mock-up images for all 4 colors of the Pixel 9a have been leaked.

The Pixel 9a is seen to offer Peony, Iris, Obsidian and Porcelain color options. These are more or less the same color options as the Pixel 9 last year. Based on the image shared by Android Headlines, the Pixel 9a will use an almost completely flat design. There is no longer a camera bar design on the back, instead the camera module is almost submerged directly into the back panel.

This design may be brought to the Pixel 10 later. In addition, the Pixel 9a is expected to go on sale on March 19 and may be a competitor to the iPhone SE 4. It may use a 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED screen, powered by the Tensor G4 chip, use a 48+13 Megapixel camera and support updates for up to 7 years.

The Pixel 9a's retail price in Malaysia is expected to be above RM2,500. If true, it's quite expensive compared to other mid-range devices in the same class. Even affordable flagship devices might be more attractive to buy. If it goes on sale later, will you buy the Pixel 9a?
