Google Play Store Finally Displays Details of Subscribed Services Benefits

In July last year, Google unveiled a new interface for the Play Store that will make it easier for users to monitor their subscription services. Now, after more than half a year, it has begun to be distributed to the public.

In the Play Store, press your profile picture and select Payment & Subscriptions. Press Subscriptions and you will see a list of active and expired subscriptions. Some apps and services will display subscription benefits such as Google One with expanded storage, direct support from experts and more. Meanwhile, launcher apps such as Niagara Launcher display details of access to various widgets and provide support to developers.

With this subscription display, it indirectly gives users a sense of relief to know why they are subscribed and the additional access they can use. At the same time, it also makes users aware of what features are really useful and are they worth paying for?

In my review, it has appeared for all the Android devices I use. Language differences may display different information or no additional information at all. For example, ChatGPT in English has a list of features that can be used when subscribing, but in Malay it is not listed.
