Huawei Malaysia also came with a new pair of open wireless earphones, the FreeArc, today. It looks similar to the Xiaomi OpenWear and Honor Earbuds Open with a unique hook design that can be easily fitted to the ear. In addition, it offers a lightweight construction to provide all-day comfort, especially when used during sports.
With the design in question, the FreeArc also allows you to listen to music while being aware of your surroundings due to the open design. It is also still the C-Bridge Design concept like the Huawei FreeClip, and has a Ni-Ti shaped memory alloy for good durability. Huawei claims that these earphone buds also go through a user-friendly silicon manufacturing process for long-lasting comfort.
The FreeArc uses two 17mm x 12mm audio driver units with strong bass quality. The internal system of the audio driver itself is made of a titanium-coated composite diaphragm and neodymium magnets that are capable of producing better sound waves. The earphone design mechanism is also actually anti-leakage, which means that the sound is not easily heard by the environment. Dual microphones are also used with noise cancellation capabilities for clearer calls.
The included battery can work for 28 hours with the charging case. Then a 10-minute charge offers 3 hours of audio playback time. FreeArc is also certified IP57 waterproof for better durability. The official retail price is RM599 and is available in green, gray and black color options.
