Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11 Also Launched With Intel Chips



Microsoft also launched the Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11 with Intel Lunar Lake chips this morning specifically for business customers. Previously, both laptops were launched with Snapdragon X chips only.


The Surface Laptop 7 is offered in two size options, 13.8″ and 15″, with up to Intel Core Ultra 7 chips, up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage. The battery on the 13.8″ screen model can last up to 20 hours while the 15″ screen model can last up to 22 hours. I/O options are 1x USB-A 3.2, 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports, 1x Surface Connect and a 3.5mm audio jack. On the 15″ model, there is an additional MicroSDXC Express card reader port.


The Surface Pro 11 is offered in two size options: 13″ LCD or 13″ OLED, and is paired with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 chip, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of SSD storage. The battery on this Windows tablet can last up to 14 hours on a single charge. There is a webcam that supports QHD resolution on the front and a 10MP rear camera. I/O options include 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports, 1x Surface Connect, and a connection for the Surface Pro Keyboard. There is no 3.5mm audio jack or memory card reader included on this model.


Both models will go on sale starting February 18 with a starting price of $1,500 (~RM 6612) each.
