Do you hate doing housework? Human housekeepers can only come to your house when you are at the office. The solution to this issue according to the Norwegian company 1X is the Neo Gamma robot. This robot has a body made of nylon fabric which according to 1X prevents injuries if humans collide with it at home.
In the video published above, Neo Gamma can perform menial tasks such as using a vacuum cleaner to clean the floor of the house, acting as a waiter when humans are at home, cleaning windows and helping to lift items purchased at the market. Neo Gamma is the latest model offered by 1X which previously showed the Neo Beta with the same capabilities.
The difference between the two models is that the Neo Gamma operates more quietly and is more durable. There is no information about the battery life and other capabilities it can perform at home. Although Neo Gamma has been shown, it is still a robot that is being tested and is not yet ready to be offered as a commercial product.
