OpenAI is now expanding its offering of its own artificial intelligence-powered search engine, ChatGPT Search. After previously being introduced to paid users, OpenAI is now opening ChatGPT Search access to all users worldwide.
Interestingly, ChatGPT Search can be used even if users are not logged in to the ChatGPT service. Through ChatGPT Search, users can ask something involving web search, and it will scan the web to display search results.
At the end of the search results, reference pages or sources are also displayed. From our own tests, it works well, and there were a few times it displayed inaccurate results and required further review.
