Samsung Galaxy S25 Qi2 Ready Protective Case Brings Magnet Not Sticking Problem

Qi2 is a new wireless charging standard that is universal as an answer to MagSafe. To support this standard, the device must have a built-in magnetic loop. Devices without magnets still have built-in Qi2 support but they require Qi2 Ready accessories such as the official Samsung Galaxy S25 protective case. Recently, many users have reported serious problems with this protective case.

The benefit of using Qi2 is that the device and the wireless charger will be in parallel because the magnet can help. However, Samsung's official protective case for the Galaxy S25, the Clear Magnet Case, which is sold for RM129, has a problem with the magnet not sticking. Users complain that the magnet is not strong and the device slips. Not only that, many also report that Samsung's Qi2 Ready case also has build quality problems and is easily scratched after a short period of use.
