Seniors Can Make Influenza Vaccine Appointments Through MySejahtera Starting February 14, 2025



The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) will begin offering influenza vaccinations to seniors, as part of the National Immunization Program (NIP) starting February 18, 2025.


According to Bernama, which quoted Deputy Health Minister Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni, this vaccination is open to seniors aged 60 and above at selected clinic locations. Appointment bookings to get the vaccination can be made through the MySejahtera application, which will be open starting February 14, 2025.

He encouraged the vaccination to be taken for the well-being, especially of seniors. In addition, he encouraged any private sector or state government that wants to cooperate to implement this influenza vaccination program. He also estimated that this program would involve 170,000 recipients nationwide.
