Sony Creators Cloud Updated with Support for Direct Upload to Google Drive and Adobe Lightroom

Sony recently announced updates to its Sony Creators Cloud cloud storage platform and Sony Creators’ App for its cameras. Now, in addition to uploading to the platform alone, users of a number of its cameras can start uploading photos directly to other apps such as Google Drive and Adobe Lightroom.

Camera models that support this feature include the Sony FX3, FX30, α1 II, α1, α9 III, α7R V, α7S III, α7 IV, α7CR, α7C II, α6700, ZV-E1, ZV-E10 II, ZV-1 II, ZV-1F and ILX-LR1. Some of these cameras will need to be updated with the latest firmware to take advantage of this feature.

Another updated feature is the ability to send photos directly to a smart device when you take photos with these cameras wirelessly and automatically. Sony has now increased the number of cameras that support this feature, where previously it was only supported by the Sony ZV-1F and Sony α7 IV cameras.
