Toshiba Z670N is a new generation gaming flagship television that was introduced at the end of 2024. This television model is now in Malaysia. More interestingly, this model only offers a 100-inch size and for 2025 they offer a Monster Hunter Wilds edition.
Monster Hunter Wilds is Capcom's new video game for consoles and PC that will arrive on February 28. It is a game like its title, hunting various types of monsters but at the same time you can use some of the defeated monsters to make armor to fight other monsters. Through it, this special game mode will be integrated into the Toshiba Z670N.
This television uses a 100-inch Quantum Dot Direct LED screen panel. It supports resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K (3,840 x 2,160) and is powered by Toshiba's new REGZA ENGINE ZRi chip. This television also supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Color Re-Master Pro and 144Hz adaptive refresh rate ALLM.
Toshiba Z670N is also a television specifically for gaming with several modes such as Game Mode Pro to set the best profile such as Monster Hunter Wilds mode. In addition, Game Deck is also provided for users to access other gaming settings more efficiently and quickly.
Toshiba does not forget about various other display modes for watching movies, news, sports and others such as and Filmmaker Mode. For audio, in addition to Dolby Atmos - this television uses its own REGZA Power Audio Pro standard. It supports 360-degree immersive audio, supports REGZA Bass Woofer through a 61W audio driver.
To meet the demands of video game players, this television also provides many connection ports such as 2x USB-A (USB 3.0 and USB 2.0), 4x HDMI (2x HDMI 2.1 and 2x HDMI 2.1), Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band WiFi, AirPlay and runs VIDAA U7. It's a bit disappointing that this model doesn't run Google TV like other Toshiba televisions.
The retail price in Malaysia is RM24,999 which Toshiba claims is one of the most affordable for a 100-inch size. Throughout the year, those who buy this television will also receive a RM500 Shopee voucher and while stocks last – a Nintendo Switch OLED will also be given away for free.
With Monster Hunter Wilds officially launching on February 28, this might be the best time to get your hands on a television with an official collaboration with the game developer.
