Apple seems to be facing challenges in developing a smarter Siri based on artificial intelligence. Recently, Apple confirmed that they are experiencing delays to a number of features on Siri that are ready to be announced, and are targeting their introduction next year.
Previously, Apple has teased the introduction of Siri that can understand context, as well as be able to perform cross-app commands. However, it seems that Apple has not yet fully developed the feature, and now has to delay its introduction.
Previously, there have been several reports that Apple is facing challenges in developing this new generation of Siri, and this is the first time Apple has officially confirmed it.
This may disappoint many, not to mention that this smart Siri function was announced in mid-2024, and is now targeted only for 2026. Previously, Apple Intelligence has already faced problems in summarizing content, and has been criticized by many.
