Apple Removes Ads Promoting a “Smarter” Siri

Many were disappointed with Apple because the introduction of Apple Intelligence did not include a smarter Siri. For years, Siri was an unreliable, slow, and dumb virtual assistant. But with Apple Intelligence, it was supposed to become smarter and more helpful. Now, due to a more complicated development process, this feature will be delayed and Apple has started pulling ads related to it.

Last year, Apple shared an ad on YouTube starring Isabella Ramsey (The Last of Us). The video showed Siri understanding the context of user requests and accessing device data to help her be more social in public. The video has now been pulled so that users are not confused about a feature that does not exist.

This is not surprising because Apple has been stuck for the past two years. Their development team realized that Siri’s code was very messy, disorganized, and confusing. Siri’s development with this AI integration may be redeveloped, as if Siri was reborn.

Because of this, Apple's Internet of Things devices, which were expected to have iPhone-like screens and vintage-style designs, have been delayed. Users may only be able to enjoy a smarter Siri as early as next year.
